Abstract Submission
Registrations will open on January 15th, 2023
General information:
All participants are requested to submit an abstract by the registration deadline (February 10th,2023) and express a preference between oral or poster presentation.
Participants interested to attend without presenting are still required to submit a research statement (instead of an abstract) to describe their research interests, that will be used to select participants. Plase note that higher priority will be given to participants presenting posters or talks.
There will be about 20 slots for short talks selected form abstracts
Abstract submitted with a preference for oral presentation may be accepted for poster presentation instead if oral presentation slots are already filled
Abstracts will be screened by the organizers for fit with the meeting topics and to ensure a representation of the interdisciplinary nature of the research community
Detailed instruction on posters format and short talks format will be given to selected participants
