Registration fee (VAT INCLUDED)

  • Industry (Company/Private Professional): € 890
  • Academy (PI, Senior scientist, Post doc): € 590
  • Student (Undergraduate, Graduate, PhD, Private Person): € 450
Registration and payment must be done simultaneously.
Travel and lodging expenses will be at each participant's charge. There is a number of affiliated hotels close to the Conference Venue, see Accommodation page.

Registration fee includes:

  • participation into the workshop, bag and course materials for the whole conference, badge
  • participation into the two poster sessions
  • welcome coffee and cocktail buffet on March 20; coffee breaks, lunch buffets during the whole conference; drinks & snacks during poster sessions; closing party dinner on March 23
  • transfer by shuttle bus for participants lodging only at Best Western Hotel Major and Grand Visconti Palace Hotel.

Optional Social Event fee

  • Total cost: € 80 VAT INCLUDED (to be paid at the time of the registration)
Optional Social Event fee includes:
Transfer bus to Villa Reale Monza, guided visit to the Royal Apartments, social dinner buffet. (March 22, 2017 h. 15:30-21:30), see Social Event page

Travel & best poster awards

During the conference the Scientific Committee will assign the following awards:
  • 5 Boehringer Ingelheim Foundation travel awards of € 500 each for outstanding junior scientists from outside Milan area
  • 5 A-T "Davide De Marini" National Association best poster awards of € 500 each

Please note that the audience of the conference is limited to 130 participants and registration will be closed when this quota is reached. We advise you to register as soon as possible.
Payment method:
Credit card (accepted credit cards: VISA, VPay, MasterCard, Maestro, MySi). Paypal.
Cancellation policy
All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to within February 20, 2017.
Only under exceptional circumstances the amount of the registration fee will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee.
Cancellations received after February 20, 2017 or no-show will not be refunded at all.

Abstract submission deadline:
February 13, 2017

  • Please choose to submit an abstract at the moment of registration.
  • A significant number of oral presentations will be selected by the Scientific Committee based on scientific quality and topic relevance of the submitted abstracts.
  • Poster presentation of all abstracts will be allocated generous sections of the meeting (2 poster sessions) to give the opportunity to all participants to interact and present their results.
  • Instructions to submit an abstract will be sent to applicants after registering to the conference.
